Earth Day Mission
In celebration of Earth Day, third-grade teacher Gretchen McLelland turned her classroom into a hub of environmental awareness. Students had a thoughtful reflection about the importance of caring for our planet. Together, they explored the small ways they could make a big difference as seen in these pictures. Through hands-on activities and meaningful discussions, students learned the power of reducing, reusing, and recycling. Inspired by Mrs. McLelland’s passion, the class began to see how even the smallest actions—like using less paper or reusing water bottles—could help protect the Earth for future generations.
